I need a freelancer, who is able to develop a mobile androidOS based application.
The following functionality (in phases) are required:
1. Phase 1: Auto Answering Machine.
2. Phase 2: IVR Functionality.
3. Phase 3: Control system and other settings via IVR.
4. Phase X: Much more (based on the main functions) in future.
Long term job.
Additional info:
1. Detailed specification of each phase will be delivered after choosing and approval phase.
2. The price of each phase will be negotiable.
Requirements:
1. Experienced AndroidOS developer.
2. The program must support 1.6 and 2.0+ versions of AndroidOS.
3. Deliverables include not just the final work but also complete source code files as well.
4. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. and other countries Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
