The following functionality is required:
1. GPS implementation - user shall be able to search for their location through GPS, display it on a map and fetch the weather report for the corresponding location
2. Manual location entry - user will enter their current location and the weather report will be displayed.
3. Google maps implementation is necessary, just to display the location when searched for through GPS
4. The weather reports must be fecthed from Google Weather API and use a simple XML Parser to make it read through Android.
