Blackberry/Iphone address book app

I'm interested in having a Blackberry & Iphone app developed.
It is an address book with the same look and functionality as in the address book that is currently on the blackberry & iphone.
We only need 2 fields, business name and phone number, the database would reside on the phone and will have approximately 20,000 entries.
The app must be able to receive updates by both push or pull from a central database on the web.
The app must allow to easily add more fields in the future.
Looking up a phone number and dialing should be exactly the same as on the built-in blackberry/iphone address book.
