NewsStand Application

I'd like to develop an app fully compatible with NewsStand (updated icons, updated issues, in-app purchases, monthly/yearly subscription, etc) with a convenient interface to match the publication.
Other features shall include: preview and optionally purchase of one article at a time, integration with social networks — sharing and ILike for articles and whole issues on facebook, for example.
You should clarify how will my publication need to be formatted and prepared for upload to your NewsStand application.
You should clarify what experience in coding/development you have and how it will help this project. Examples of past work, rough estimates on cost and time wanted.
This is my independent project to get my publications on AppStore.
