iPhone/iPad Quiz App Development

I'm looking for an independent developer or a small digital studio to execute the development of a 200 question quiz for iPhone 5 and iPad 2.
This is a native app and does not require internet connection to function. It's a straight forward project - will more likely expand to the Android and popular tablet platforms.
The development document is already put in place, please send examples of mobile apps you've built and any other information you feel necessary, and I'll send over the details.
Must be able to meet on Skype or phone during 11AM - 6PM EST.
Weekly milestones will be predetermined by your team, and strictly upheld to meet deadline and client expectations.
