Mobile UI Designer

I am looking for a UI designer to help me for a month or two part time. I am putting together a specification for a mobile application for my company, and I would like to find a UI designer to
help me close the gaps on my spec.
I am hoping to find someone between jobs right now, someone with some flexible time to spend on this, but someone who does have some real experience in developing apps.
Some criteria would include:
- experience in designing MIDP1/2/3 apps
- experience in designing something other than games
- experience and interest in both VISUAL as well as FUNCTIONAL UI design
- strong understanding of hardware and network limitations
- strong understanding of building portable applications (not only amongst devices, but also porting from Java to, for example, BREW or iPhone or Android or Symbian)
- broad knowledge of JSRs, including PIM and MMA
- knowledge of how to leverage web services in the design of the application
- ability to work via email and phone, with limited amounts of face-to-face contact
- ability to infuse my clunky designs with some creativity and sparkle, as well as show me where I've gone wrong in the design
