Experienced Mobile Developer
bv02 Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Mobile Developers for a 3-month contract beginning immediately.
The successful candidate will develop applications for iOS, Android and BlackBerry platforms. Must be an agile, highly motivated code warrior interested in impacting solutions across mobile delivery channels. If you would like to get in the trenches with our fun and talented digital creative and development team, this could be the gig for you.
Essential experience:
Experience in Mobile Application Development and Software Development
Object oriented software analysis and design
Full software development lifecycle experience:
Business/systems analysis
Gathering application requirements
Functional specification authoring
Development
Testing and delivery
Objective-C, Java or other Object Oriented Programming
Experience in server-side application interactions
At least 5 years of experience in development with at least 2 of those in mobile development
Attributes:
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Attention to detail, and a passion for a clean and beautiful user experience
Ability to work through a problem effectively and provide a solution
Be passionate for well-designed, highly maintainable code
Technical skills:
MS SQL/ MYSQL/ Sqlite
iPhone/ Android/ BlackBerry APIs
Working knowledge of HTML and XML
Assets:
Experience with JSON, XCode, HTML5, iPad, Adobe Air
