I'd like to develop an app for a self-guided tour of my home town similar to the one found here for Hawaii: http://www.hilandmarks.com/. I am seeking someone with experience in developing apps using the Google and Apple mapping services including turn by turn directions.

I will provide all of the landmarks, photos, narratives, etc. So, the developer can be anywhere. IOS and Android
