Blackberry incoming call scrren

We need a Blackberry application able to display a text on the screen when
an incoming call occurs. The text to display is the result of a webservice
query and the process would work as follows:
1. The device receives an incoming call
2. The app sends a query to the webservice, indicating the incoming call
number (Caller ID).
3. The Web service answers the query with a text string (caller's info)
4. The app displays the text string (caller's info) on the screen (top
layer, over the OS notification for the incoming call).
5. The app stops displaying the text string when a user input occurs (call
answer or cancel)
