Description: CargoTel, Inc., a growing, Baltimore, MD, USA web logistics and data capture systems company is expanding its Web, Wireless, and data capture offerings in the US and internationally. CargoTel has an opening for a strong developer with experience in wireless and data capture technologies, namely RFID, NFC, and QR Codes. Flexible work schedule. Open to Baltimore-area candidates or telecommuters on a full-time or contract basis.
Required skills: Perl (OO, DBI, CGI), java, RFID and/or NFC, sql, java script, linux, team player, source-code-control, disciplined development and release.
Desired skills: Web Services, SOAP, wireless apps including Android, Blackberry and IPhone, data capture including RFID, QR Codes, and Near Field Communication (NFC), software architecture, logistics, data capture or automotive industry experience.
