We are seeking a qualified:

Sr. Mobile and Web Applications Developer

Purpose Statement:

The IT Sr. Mobile and Web Apps Developer specifies, designs, develops, documents, tests and delivers mobile and web applications, and related IT architectures and process solutions to meet business systems or IT process needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Charts businesses or IT processes by partnering with process owners and using appropriate methods and tools.
• Collect, evaluate and help prioritize user requirements to fit Maquet IT department’s strategic model.
• Analyze requirements and build designs.
• Effectively contribute in the management ofMaquet’s mobile and web implementation and architecture along with any related interfaces or accessory systems from a programming, administration, architectural and operational perspective.Develop an optimal architecture or hardware and software deployment to meet Maquet’s mobile and web system needs.
• Develop and test software programs on mobile and web platforms.
• Partner effectively with business leads, (external vendors, consultants, and other IT team members) quality leads etc. in designing solution prototypes, addressing system issues and managing any changes to any appropriate mobile and web based applications.
• Documents enterprise or systems architectures, computer-based systems, IT processes by using standard methods, formats, and tools to create project or process documentation.
• Guides project implementation of mobile and web application systems by performing gap analysis, creating communicating well-written documentation and presentations; play a role during such implementations to guide the project to success along with other project leads; Provide necessary inputs to IT management. Provide collaborative guidance to other IT peers.
• Resolves issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions.

• Researches new technologies and development techniques by leveraging industry.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of related work experience in mobile applications development plus at least 5 years of related work experience in Web Applications Development.
• Experience with Apple iOS development or Google Android development is a must. iOS is preferred.
• Background in Visual C/C++/MFC/J2EE Framework programming, 3D object management such as 3D graphical views, 3D movement, object manipulation, etc. isrequired.
• Background in Web Development: .NET/LAMP/WAMP, JS, Jquery, Drupal, Ruby on Rails and other forms of CMS development is required.
• Report Development experience in any current reporting framework is a plus.Scripting tools experience is also a plus.

• Ability to write SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers etc., write applications that connect to a database is highly preferable.

Work Location:

Mahwah, NJ – Primary location. However, since Maquet has 2 local sites in NJ, it is possible that there may be visits to other local sites on a periodic basis to support users or to collect requirements etc.
