I have an app that needs finishing, the previous developer is having personal circumstances that prevent him from finishing, I think it should take about 4 hours for an experienced developer, but I am paying quite well because it needs to be finished ASAP. I need the following:

-change the app title
-change size, text, and color of buttons
-implement new images/icon
-fix clicking noise in an audio output (either using a new file or a difference sound output method)
-data entry (2-3 pages)
-formula reworking (1 formula, needs to be rearranged, simple algebra - allow input of 1-2 variables and output result)
-add an error handler for no network connectivity
-add a simple save function (one number), and reset to default button
-display a xlsx (just a chart, convert to pdf, png, or whatever)
-display a page of links and company names
-make sure the app conforms to apple standards and will be accepted into the app store
-compile final version

I am paying $350 via paypal after I receive the final project and have tested it.
